Actually, I haven't been using Photoshop lately. Although I do prefer Adobe Photoshop, I've been using Illustrator.

With Photoshop, you can "psudo-vector" with the pen tool.

This is a really nice vector, it does a good job of catching one of Haruhi's moods that pretty much says she's off in pursuit of something new ... while everyone else knows that just means "more trouble."
